With over 20 years of combined experience working in the Greater Boston and Long Island areas, New Living Construction is a licensed and insured general contracting company in the State of Florida currently serving residents of Broward, Palm Beach and Dade counties with their residential and commercial remodeling needs.

New Living Construction offers Full-Service Home Improvements from Concept to Completion. We are a full-service, residential and commercial General Contracting company serving Broward, Miami Dade and Palm Beach Counties. We are fully licensed and insured to protect your investment. We specialize in remodeling and additions that give your home the custom look you desire. Our philosophy is simple: we will not do anything to a customer's remodeling project we would not do in our own home. In order to provide you the most accurate estimates possible, we first perform an onsite evaluation. After the initial onsite evaluation, we will provide you a detailed written estimate outlining the full scope of your remodeling project, including pricing estimates for labor and materials, as well as references.

A strong warranty
When you are doing excellent work you can provide an excellent warranty. Our two years (in most work) free from defects in materials and workmanship warranty is twice as long as the rest of the industries.

Communication is essential for success. Putting everything in writing eliminates confusion, that’s why we spell everything out in our estimates, often including pictures and brochures of the actual products that we will install. In addition, we keep you informed of the all the details so you always know what is going on during your project.

As a new owner of a condo in South Florida, my condo needed some renovations. The old wallpaper was in a dilapidated state, electrical switches and outlets were of old vintage , the tile floors had lost their luster, portions of the wall in the master bedroom and master bathroom showed watermarks from leaks, and several other such problems that needed repairs and renovation. I chose New Living Construction competitively. I had met the New Living Construction owner, Dmitriy Dain, when he came to assess the work to be performed and submit a price estimate. The renovation work included removing old and worn out wallpaper and a complete repainting of the walls. All the work was done by Dmitriy and his partner Jamie as well as their subcontractors and was completed on time. The quality of work was of highest professional workmanship. I believe Dmitriy is not only an outstanding professional who takes a lot of pride in his work but most of all an honest businessman. I have since engaged him in several other renovation work that have come up such as installing a new shower system and tiles in the walls of the second bathroom and repairing the ceiling and wall Venetian plaster of the master bathroom from water leak from the facility above my unit. Dmitriy and his partner Jamie have completed them with the same commitment to quality of workmanship as the earlier work and at a cost, which I found to be competitive and fair. The most professional and rewarding of services that I have ever experienced with a contractor. The result was perfection. Returning to the apartment you would not have known that it was a recent construction site. Such care was taken that the usual dust mess from a replastering job was not in evidence at all. For those of you who live in a condo, the worst fear is how your neighbor will react to the work being done. Jamie Gioia was my point of contact for New Living. He was excellent. Jamie is qualified in many areas, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. He and his helper have provided help in a major remodel, for the last 4 months, on a as needed basis. Jamie has many years of experience, and knows the best vendors and suppliers. Prior to hiring New Living, I had hired someone based on price and it was a disaster! I had to rip out a lot of that guys work. (I was penny wise). Then I hired New Living. I wish I had done that the 1st time around. Overall excellent from kitchen to bath, tile, and lighting, everything was done right. This was a major remodel, and I have done much of the work myself. However I have used New Living when I was over my head, and it’s been a great experience. They really worked with me to fix my mistakes, and offer guidance when I needed it. Jamie also offered his years of experience on what works and what doesn't. If there was any complaint it would be these guys are busy, and sometimes couldn't fit my small jobs in for a few days or weeks. However Dimitry said, if I had given them the entire job they would have been able to schedule me in. (Since I was doing a lot of work myself, I only needed their help for a day or two, every week or two for the last 4 months. -I guess good guys are pretty busy. Lastly, I trusted Jamie with a key to my house, before and after moving in. That says a lot about how much I trust them. More Less

Complete renovation of an outdated kitchen which included installing a new window at a new location; creating a new door opening to a spare bedroom; creating a new access to the attic; installing new cabinets, granite countertops, a tile backsplash, new tile flooring and appliances; and updating the plumbing. Dmitriy Dain at New Living Contsruction performed a complete renovation of my parents' kitchen. My parents and I could not be more thrilled with the results! I have dealt with numerous contractors in the past as I have remodeled three bathrooms and a kitchen as well as built an addition in my home. I have never had a construction project go as smoothly as it did with New Living Construction nor I have I ever been more pleased with the results.
