We work jobs from start to finish
Once we start your project we will be using a construction schedule that minimizes non-construction days as best as possible. You don’t ever have to worry about us leaving your project for weeks and weeks at a time without anything being done. Not only will you see real progress, but this helps minimizes the time you are forced to live in a dusty construction site.
We are good communicators
Communication is essential for success. Putting everything in writing eliminates confusion, that’s why we spell everything out in our estimates, often including pictures and brochures of the actual products that we will install. In addition, we keep you informed of the all the details so you always know what is going on during your project.

You have the advantage of dealing directly with the owner of the company instead of a salesman on commission whom you would probably never see again once the job starts. Since I am on your job everyday when you have questions you simply talk directly to me, nothing will get lost in translation.

Dmitriy and team remodeled our master bathroom, as well as a larger project converting our garage into a laundry room & another bedroom. I was very happy with the process and results. Dmitriy always communicated well as to what the plan was and where things stood, and he always answered his phone when I called with a question. I also thought Dmitriy's team and subs that he works with were all great, which is sometimes the issue when you hire a GC as the subs they higher might not be the best. I also appreciated how Dmitriy didn't just do the work I wanted to do, he would give me suggestions on ways to make things better even if it meant more work for him or less cost for me. (he would even tell me if a crazy ambitious idea I had was dumb and I liked his honesty.) After we had mold mitigation, several contractors told us you would always see a difference between the new drywall where the walls had been removed and the old drywall. DMITRIY is the only one who suggested skim coating the walls. The walls look amazing! They also removed popcorn in the living room and dining room areas. and textured the ceilings, which look great. They replaced the bathtub, tiled the walls and removed the drop ceiling in the bathroom. Dmitry was often here, and is very easy to contact with any questions. Dimitry and his crew did an incredible job remodeling our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We referred New Living to neighbors and friends who also loved their work. We used New Living to do a complete Kitchen renovation in 2016. Dmitriy and his team did an amazing job. Dmitriy has great attention to detail, uses top quality materials and laborers, including top plumbers, electricians, tilers, and others. New Living did custom cabinets for us as well, which were better quality for the money than other mass produced cabinets available in the market. The work was completed on time and within budget. We were so happy with the results that we used New Living for all other projects left in the house, including a closet build-out and two complete renovations of our master and guest bathrooms. New Living is not the cheapest option, but the cost is reasonable because you are paying for quality work and the peace of mind that goes with it! Highly recommend!
